1st: Today I'm thankful for fall leaves, scarfs and cozy jackets. Beautiful sunsets
2nd: Today I'm thankful that even though the silly drive thru girl asked me if I wanted regular or decaf, I got a yummy cup of coffee and something to laugh about the rest of the day.
3rd: Today I'm thankful for my roomie and his dad, who when I melted down in tears, fixed the small problems for me, and knew the tears were about much more and loved me right on through it. They were an encouragement and got me through the rest of the somewhat crazy day.
4th: Today I'm thankful for good friends. New and old. I'm thankful for the beyond sweet words Erin had to say to me tonight. I'm also thankful for fun girl times.. mani's, pedi's, lunch and getting all dressed up!
5th: Today I'm thankful for my dear dear friend Cas. Without her, I would have had a pretty crappy last 2 years of high school. And well, the last 10 years would have been far less fun as well! She is the most caring and thoughtful friend. Never forgets a birthday or special date. Always on top of sending cards, encouraging notes or texts that just plain make the day all better. Happy Birthday my friend!
Today I am also thankful for marriage. Today my two dear friends, E and J, got married!!!! eeeeeee!!!!!!!!!! it was a beautiful day full of love, hope and fulfilled promises.
6th: Today I am thankful for Mike and Kel and Sara who saved the day when my car decided to be dumb. Thanks Kel, for letting me borrow your hubby to do the boy things I can't do and don't have a boy to do for me. Silly radiators!!!!! I'm also thankful for cozy early nights, falling asleep on the couch after a long, fun weekend!
7th: today I'm thankful for sleeping in, dr. pepper and making my sales plan at work.
8th: today i'm thankful that the doctor was wrong and that God is bigger than any cancer diagnosis.
9th: WOW what a day today!!!! first, today I'm thankful for my little brother. Happy Happy 24th Aaron!!! From tea parties with dr pepper and cheeze its, to living through the roller coaster of death, i love you to pieces!
today I did my shopping for operation christmas child. i am thankful that i have the means to do this every year. its one of my favorite things!
today i'm thankful that daddy got the all clear to start chemo again. never in a zillion years did i think i would ever be thankful for that. but today i am. now chemo can get finished and we can get back to the business of beating this crappy cancer and getting daddy better.

Sweetie! I am so sorry I missed this post until just now! Thank you for the beautiful things you wrote! I would not have had fun in high school in ATL without you! And indeed the last 10 years wouldn't have been great without you, either!! (how has it even been 10 years?!)
